Otra cosa que por lo que escribes lo mismo no te has percatado es el tuneo externo que estamos realizando Alpinibis y servidor y que egun Alpin rebaja mas o menos 500 gr
bueno si, la verdad es que el cuadro solo hacepta una cubierta de hasta 1.40 osea las que se utiliza para la ciudad,pero llevo con tacos,tipo ciclo.croos por pista y cenderos faciles,va bien.para hacer un mtb puro para eso uso la linsskey de 29er,en las dos bicis llevo horquilla rigida de titanio,dan mayor confort,y sobre la geometria varia pero para mi no ha sido un problema.
si que os he visto y estoy al tanto de ello,,,, que tengo tiempo hasta que reuna la pasta, el jueves me llega el cuadro y lo montare mientras tanto con XT tradicional 3x9 que tengo por ahi...
bueno el que has visto es el LINSKEY el cual estoy tuneando el buje en su exterior.el VOODOO lo dejare tal cual por ahora ya que no hay pasta para los dos bujes y tunearlos,tampoco me hace falta tunear los dos bujes.
Buenas, desde ayer ya tengo el mio en casa. El radiado me lo han hecho por encima de los tornillos, cosa que segun el manual no se puede, pero he mandado un correo a Rohloff alemania y me han respondido(con una rapidez impresionanate por cierto) diciendo que no hay ningun problema que lo deje asi. Que alegria otro Rohlofero ja, ja. Bueno aunque las fotos sean cutres dan una estupenda idea de lo que se tiene que pillar uno de primeras si quiere entrar en esto del buje Rohloff. Buje radiado, Speedbone mas pletina OEM2, aceite, tensor, puño, disco y external.
Si Rohloff dice que no hay que radiarlos por encima de los tornillos por algo será. Fijate en la foto, donde se ve el radiado ampliado, y te daras cuenta que los radios tiran del lado del rohloff donde hay menos mateial, o este es mas fino, con lo cual, cuando el material vaya envejeciendo, será mas facil que se rompa. Si se radia al reves (dejando libres los tornillos) los radios tiran de los tornillos y será mas dificil de roperlos.
Si, eso pense yo, pero escribi un correo a rohloff y el director tecnico de soporte me contesto diciendo que esta bien y que el no me recomienda que lo vuelva a radiar. Dijo que ellos han elegido una forma de radiado para poner en el manual pero que mientras que sea a dos cruces y sea la longitud de radios y tension correcta no hay problema. En el manual que tengo yo pone lo de los tornillos, pero en el que tienen colgado online especifica que no se puede cruzar por encima en llantas menores de 24''. No se, me hubiera gustado mas que no cruzaran por encima de los tornillos, pero si ellos me dicen que da igual no voy a decir yo que no...
Jeje, bueno a ver si esta tarde lo monto y ya soy rohlofero mañana, que aunque ni yo mismo me lo creo ha estado dos dias en casa parado sin montarlo en la bici....
muy buenas queria saber si alguien sabe si hace falta mandar un rohloff a la casa para montar el kit de correa o si venden los utiles para poder montarlo uno mismo, el kit que he visto es de la casa carbon drive
por cierto alguien lo tiene montado ,alguien sabe si es imprescindible el rodillo ese que esta debajo del piño ,como veo que el alfine no lo lleva me pregunto si podria prescindir de el bueno no quiero ser un pesao gracias de antemano si alguien me puede aclarar mis dudas muxas gracis

Eso si tio ten cuidadin si lo montas tu pues aunque no lo parecca la correita de marras tiene que tratarse con mimo (poco radio de giro al ser doblada, etc...) pues el refuerzo interno puede romperse sin verse externamente y te metes una guayaba fina. Gates Carbon Drive with Rohloff SPEEDHUB 500/14 The Gates Carbon Drive works in conjunction with a toothed belt which has been enforced with an inner lying carbon fibre to help increase the tensile strength. This in turn provides the high working efficiency and together with the belts other qualities, shows that the system is generally suitable for the bicycle transmission. The main benefit of the belt drive is simply that this transmission does not require any sort of lubrication. Therefore the average life expectancy of the belt drive lies approximately at the same level as that of a high quality chain transmission. In order to mount the Gates Carbon Drive safely onto a bicycle, there are several important rules which must be followed exactly as with any other carbon fibre bicycle components. Due to the fact that the carbon fibres of the belt can be damaged through improper bending, twisting or through skipping over the belt pulley, it is important when fitting, tensioning and when removing/refitting the wheel to pay special attention to the detailed instructions supplied with the Gates Carbon Drive system. If the carbon fibres within the belt are damaged due to improper use (this damage cannot be externally seen) then the belt will inevitably break. This can lead to accident/injury or possibly death. Because the belt drive can only be fitted to specially constructed frames, the belt drive is currently not a retrofit component for retailers or cyclists, it may only be fitted by OEM manufacturers. Further information for manufacturers: Rohloff are offering an adapter, which is fitted directly to the driver of the SPEEDHUB 500/14. The belt pulley will then simply be screwed onto this adapter. All manufacturers who wish to offer the Gates Carbon Drive in conjunction with the Rohloff SPEEDHUB 500/14 can source the front belt pulleys and belts from: Universal Transmissions GmbH, Külftalstr. 18, 31093 Lübbrechtsen, Tel: , Fax: +049 5185-957192. The rear belt pulleys can be acquired from Rohloff directly. Rohloff will mount the adapter and the rear belt pulley on hubs ordered from us. This simply makes sense as the pulley requires special tools to secure this onto the SPEEDHUB. Because this must be orderly fitted, Rohloff will take responsibility for this task. The Rohloff warranty is therefore only extended up to this adapter and for the correct mounting of the rear belt pulley. The mounting of the belt pulley is only undertaken in contract for the manufacturers but does not however, include any product quality control. The company Rohloff AG does not accept any liability or warranty for the Gates Carbon Drive or for the individual components unless they were exclusively fitted by Rohloff at the factory. All Rohloff hubs mounted with belt pulleys by us will be registered under their serial number. All SPEEDHUB 500/14s which were not originally fitted with the adapter by the Rohloff AG will automatically be excluded from warranty. Furthermore, any Gates Carbon Drive used in conjunction with a Rohloff SPEEDHUB must also be fitted with a Snubber, which is correctly fitted so that the belt is hindered from skipping over the rear belt pulley. The company Rohloff AG insists that a frame sticker is also present informing the customer of the important issues that need to be addressed when utilising a Gates Carbon Drive transmission. There will be seminars offered in the future in conjunction with the company Universal Transmission GmbH for all interested bicycle retailers as well as all OEM manufacturers who wish to offer the option of a Carbon Drive transmission. Pues en Vigo le sacareis partido. Solo hay un modelo de Rohloff. Solo cambian los aditamentos segun el cuado en le que lo quieras montar. Para no liarte leete el primer mensaje que viene un link que te lo va preguntando paso a paso. Tambien puedes preguntarle a Gonsila que se lo acaba de pillar ;-)
bueno estoi esperando el cuadro que he encargado a jeronimo cycles en titanio para montar mi rolhoff i en cuanto me sea posible la correa ya pondre fotos estoi que me subo por las paredes de impaciente
