Es tan sencillo como esto de la foto, prueba con una lamina entera y otra como la de la foto, a mi me ha funcionado, yo peso 73kg y voy con 20mm de sag un 31% y unos 150psi.
las fotos están bien pero lo interesante es lo que cuenta el tipo del ccdb air So, I started out with 30% Sag on the shock and base tune settings recommended by CC. IMO, there was just a little more low speed shock movement than what I preferred, so 2 clicks in from full open did the trick. It balanced the pedaling along with small bump plushness the HD is famous for. I'm still experimenting with the LSR setting. I backed out 2 clicks and didn't notice any more pedal induced movement or bouncing sensation, so I may back off another click or two until it begins to feel uncontrolled over small bumps. (***Each click on CCDB's Coil or Air do alot. MAKE SMALL ADJUSTMENTS)---- So, with the HSC & HSR still at base the bike felt right. Very controlled on High speed hits and chatter. I tested about 4 runs on this one section of trail that typically gets the rear of the bike moving pretty good. It's about a 26-28mph section of trail that is a high speed bermed corner full of braking bumps from people unable to trust the berm and their tires, or skills. So, this corner at speed can rattle suspension and not allow it to recover (pack up) if it's not set up correctly. Apparently, I had my CCDB Coil a little under sprung and was relying to much on the damping to do the work, because the CCDB-Air so tamed this section of trail that I had to go back and ride it over 4 times just to make sure I wasn't imagining what I was feeling. Really said alot to me about the performance of the shock after that section. It stayed high in the travel, which complimented the 160mm Bos Deville. That is what that fork does so well and now I really feel that the frt/rear are complimenting each other quite well. My only complaint on the CCDB-Air, which a small tuning adjustment, was it felt a little bit to progressive and at proper sag did not allow full travel even on a 4ft drop to flat. (about 10mm shy) Thankfully CC has thought of everything and included a few different Volume sleeve Adjusters that are user replaceable. There is a low-medium-High adjuster sleeve. So, I will probably try one that splits the difference between the progressiveness currently and a little more of a midline linear feel. I think this may even increase the bikes feel in the rough as well. So with that really being my only initial negative, I can truly say that my initial impressions are very high for this shock. I can't I'm surprised because I've always been impressed with the quality and performance of the CCDB Coil, so I didn't expect any different from the Air version. Also, I was impressed with how little if any stiction there was out of the box. I really could not feel any difference between the coil and the air on small bump compliance. After changing the volume adjuster I presume the smoothness of the entire stroke will be on par with the coil as well. It really did make the bike come alive. Losing the extra 1 pound wasn't to bad either. I'm gonna try some different sag %'s for fun to see how it transforms it from more XC-ish, and a more 33-35% aggressive AM setup. I will continue to update anything that sticks out after I've had more time on it. If you are on the fence about it, I do not think you would be making a bad decision to get this shock. If your only doubt is "1st year kinks", you should know CC has had this shock in extensive testing for 2yrs. So, I don't think there is anything to worry about. espectacular la bici con ese montaje.... bueno, a lo que iba... ya está tuneado el rp23 kashima, han sido 15 minutos y ya está montado en la bici y solo con probarla en parado y parece ser más progresivo, pero mañana lo probaré bien en el monte...
Bueno a lo que voy Report RP23 Pusheado, dividiré el tema entre subida y llaneo y por ultimo bajada Subida y llaneo Subiendo y llaneando si algo bueno tiene el amortiguador, es que tu puedes pedir al técnico, que te ajuste la dureza del propedal como tu decidas. En mi caso le dije que lo que buscaba era efectividad pedaleando. Asique el técnico me lo puso duro, duro que te cagas :lol: asique cuando pongo el propedal 3, subo las pistas como con una de 100mm. Personalmente me gusta el concepto que llevo. Propedal muy firme para subidas y demás y cuando hay que bajar, abro y un colchón. El amortiguador en este tramo poco hay que decir, es como un rp23 normal pero muy duro en posición 3, modificable a posición 2 pero para el concepto que yo tengo de rutas, me merece la pena. Bajada Aqui viene lo interesante, si de algo carece este amortiguador es de progresividad y de tener un tramo intermedio un tanto Lineal que hace que se aproveche en exceso el recorrido completo. Con este "tuneo" el amortiguador es igual de sensible que el de origen pero en cuanto se pone el tema dificil es donde sale lo bueno del bicho. Basicamente trabaja de una forma mas eficaz en el tramo medio y es sensiblemente mas progresivo, la sensación de suavidad se acrecenta conforme hay mas piedras, es mas reactivo también y sobre todo tiene un comportamiento muy acorde a la lyrik "digamos". Es decir, suave pero progresivo. Lee algo mejor el terreno pero tampoco es la panacea. Lo bueno? El amortiguador como nuevo y preparado para mi peso y mis indicaciones Lo malo ? Evidentemente son 150 que tampoco es barato. De "fabrica" viene algo durito.. hay que darle cera para que se vaya soltando y empiece a funcionar todo suave suave, no espereis sacarlo de la caja y que vaya ya suavísimo Merece la pena? Creo que si, la eficiencia que te da el amort. para ser un rp23 y pesar lo que pesa es sobresaliente. Creo que un rp23 pusheado es de las opciones mejores por prestaciones /peso . Que va mejor un ccdb air? Seguro que si... pero no creo que merezca la pena tal y como funcionan a dia de hoy estos bichos. Os dejo una foto para cerrar crónica :mrgreen:

Por otra parte, lo que me llama la atención es como puede variar tanto el funcionamiento del amortiguador con introducirle solo esa lamina que apenas ocupa nada, y, que si es lo mismo meter la lamina en la camara grande que en esta pequeña en que la hemos metido...
si, pero bueno, si no te lo dice el maestro Yoda te lo digo yo, tienes que corregir algunos detalles. -El primero esque estas sonriendo el modo poser on es con cara seria como si no supieses que te estan haciendo la foto, y por otro lado el fotografo se tiene que colocar en una posicion mas tangencial, ya que tal como esta echada se denota que el objetivo es el rider, en modo poser, tiene que verse el paisaje y el sujeto estropeando la panoramica, sino no es modo Boscoso.
Todo mi gozo en un pozo.. sniff.. que duro eres con los que somos globerillos... Pues nada.. este finde intento el modo poser on... me llevaré impresa tu guía y hasta que no salga bien la foto... no paro... jejeje.
