hey, where was that? I'll be aorund there tomorrow, for a quickie ride in the morning. This is the track I' ll follow, hope it will pay off with some grins http://es.wikiloc.com/wikiloc/view.do?id=2788957 So far, I'm really looking forward for this kind of rides, not so long but demanding. Regards.... PS: David you are pretty much blurred! light speed descents and cams don't match so much
Hey guuys! After Holidays, I´m back!. Great to know Chains in the game again... It´s so pleasant to also know you´re all going on enjoying your summer rides. Everything seems to be in the right place. Tomorrow I´ll go for a road bike ride along with Chain and JC, but in the meantime take a look at what I rode to go to the beach! Cheers!
Hi! The photo was taken at the end of the Veredas, it's a rocky section right before you go through a gate. It is blurred but we didn't get many pictures last Sunday, and you know what they say, beggars can't be choosers On your track I see you go along Puricelli. We did that last Sunday. It's fun, not too technical.
Inter, I see you're riding your bike to the beach. Cool! You got beach and bikes! See you in a few minutes for a ride in the hot dry weather here!
So went for a ride today with Juan Carlos and Inter. It was my fourth ride since my accident but my first on my road bike, and I really realized how much I've lost. Road bikes will do that, certainly more than the Casa de Campo or an enduro ride in Cercedilla. I still have decent stamina, but where I've really lost out is in strength, so I was hurting on the uphills. Well, time to get busy getting it back. Here's a pic of the three of making a stop in Soto to replenish our water. Jorge, maybe we can go to Cercedilla sometime if you want me to show you the enduro (technical) trails, like the Veredas and el Gallo. Maybe on a Saturday in September.
Thanks 4 posting this Chain. The following is from my first climb to Canencia. Step by step my range is getting wider... Ver el archivo adjunto 3475142 Hope you´re enjoying your Galician tour, looking forward to seeing you in sept.!!!
Congrats Inter for a beautiful climb of a mountain pass. That's the way aha aha i like it, aha aha, that's the way .... .... i like it. Bulding up power and stamina by no means squandering time good job! Chain we'll meet in September, or at least i'd try ! Only God knows i'm afraid.
Thank you very much indeed for cheer me up UP and strengthen me up UP, I mean strengthen me to persevere in climbing through the song´s lirics you wrote. That´s the way I like too aha, aha, I Like it!!! latano I hope you are also enjoying your holidays doing great up and down on your Alma. I really look forward to september and hearing and riding with you all guys!. ;-) That´s the way I like it!!! keep on enjoying your holidays and have loads of fun! :chinchin
Yeah, now it's time to switch off and forget about our worries. That's what I'm doing! In the pic I'm going down Montefaro, that's a really beautiful beach to the right: Chanteiro.
And a video, also going down Montefaro.
Nice photo and vid of you in action again!. Biking over there is so nice. Keep on getting in shape, Chain, you´re heading in the right direction. By sept. you will be amazed at how well you can ride your road bike! ;-) Cheers!
Actually so far I've only been on one hard ride, with the locals. I may not have made the grade on my enduro bike cos I haven't been hearing much from them. They're really into go fast XC riding. So I've been going on photo-centered rides, making long stops and messing with my new camera.
Great. You´ll discover how well cameras and cycling go together as long as you are capable of understanding what you´re doing with that new one... :defiesta And I bet you are because we could see the vid!!!. Go on with the manual instructions ;-)
Congratulations David!! la It's great to know you're back. Also nice is to see your pics... and now even videos! When will you be filming your fist movie? ha ha. We, yesterday enjoyed a recon of what will be Villalba Xtrem on the first of september. It is something you should try, David. It has so many rocks, trenches and all that stuff that it's for sure you won't be dissapointed. Wow Mario! You guys were all over the Sierras! I've been doing more vids than pics cos I'm out there alone and it's hard to take pictures of yourself. In any case, here's one in which I'm in a corredoira: really like 'em!
Hey! you´re moonlighting as a cameraman man! Now you know how to select a picture from a video frame, that´s great and gives you tons of possibilities of getting spectacular HD pics like that one. Nice! Today I went for a quick road bike ride and came across JC. We do miss you and our Friday´s rock and roll ;-) Hope you´re getting the most of your bike holidays. Galicia has much to offer as shown on the photos! Enjoy the experience!!!
Went for a hard ride last Saturday with these two guys, Berna and Richi, to the Caaveiro Monastery, where this picture was taken. I was happy because I could keep up with them, except in the technical uphills, where I sadly had to resort to the bike-push technique. They called that uphill the Pousadoiro, and it just about did me in! But I think I'm getting better, going for another go-fast XC ride with them this evening! Uploaded with ImageShack.com[/IMG]
work out work out and at the end of the day...work out again! physical enhacement is key factor to prowess, once achieved you'll master it all . My condition has turned back a bit these days. Darn it!! and so did my skills. Nonetheless you look quite tuned in descents and video editing, have a nice time!
