Copio y pego del manual Bos deville 2014 las regulaciones, por el tema de las dudas en Compresión en Alta y baja, tras analizar las regulaciones en uso recreacional (normal) y racing(carreras) High Compresion tiene que ir al revés de Low compresion, tal como apuntaba fibike77 (Ivan), es decir, en alta a cerrar se separa el dial de las barras y abre el paso el hidráulico. Por que sino fijaros en LOW Compresion en uso recracional desde tope cerrado abre 15 y en racing sólo 10, es decir en uso racing abre 5 clicks menos (por tanto cierra 5 cliks) respecto al recracional , normal ya que en carreas se busca una horquilla tirando a dura, que corra. Pero en alta en recracional abre 15 clicks y en Racing abren 18 clicks, imposible debe ir al reves al abrir cliks cierran la compresión en alta ya que en uso racing es imposible que dejen más blanda en HC cuando los requerimientos de saltos son mayores. 2.3. HYDRAULIC SETTINGS Deville comes with 3 hydraulics adjustments: low speed compression, high speed compression, and rebound IMPORTANT Balancing the air chambers pressure It is important to balance the positive and negative chambers to ensure optimum operation of the fork every time you adjust the pressure. Proceed as follows: After adjusting the pressure, play the fork slowly 3-4 times on the first inch of travel. Thus, the air pressure is distributed equally between the chambers, and your fork is ready to roll! The low speed compression adjustment seats at the bottom of the right hand leg with the silver knob (1). The high speed compression adjustment seats at the bottom of the right hand leg with the red knob (2). The rebound adjustment is on the top of the right hand tube (3). Always start from fully tighten position, then tighten down counting the clicks to adjust your settings. Tighten (anticlockwise) = close / harden Undo (clockwise) = open / soften You can adjust the position of the TRC lever in case it touches your frame or for better handling. Proceed as follows : – remove the valve cap. – Extract the lever. – Replace it properly at the required position. (2)Tuning tips : When it comes down to hydraulic setting there is no such thing as a magical formula, many factors have to be taken into account (bike balance, spring rate, geometry of the bike…).Having said, that you can draw conclusions from what follows : - Excessive diving of the bike upon braking : harden the LS compression. - Often bottom out: harden the HS compression. - Feeling harsh on roots or square edges : soften HS compression - Uncomfortable, arms pain : soften rebound. - The forks don’t spring back and stay low after succession of bumps : soften rebound. - Front too high (in dynamic situation) : harden the rebound. Whenever you are far from the standard settings (factory settings) It’s always better to consider what influences the performance of the forks. Proceed step by step, one setting at a time by hardening or softening few click each time. If you ever get lost while you are setting up the forks, always go back to its original settings. Starting point adjustments – Deville Recreational use Low speed compression : 15 clicks from the fully tighten position. High speed compression: 15 clicks from the fully tighten position. ABRIR 15 CLICKS DESDE TOTALMENTE CERRADO. Rebound : 15 clicks from the fully tighten position. Racing use: recordar que hay que aumentar 5psi si para 75 kilos eran 80 ahora son 85 psi Compression : ouvrir de 8 clics depuis position fermée à fond Détente : ouvrir de 16 clics depuis position fermée à fond Low speed compression : 10 clicks from the fully tighten position. High speed compression: 18 clicks from the fully tighten position. ABRIR 18 CLICKS DESDE TOTALMENTE CERRADO. Rebound : 14 clicks from the fully tighten position. 3.1. Cleaning your forks It is compulsory to clean your forks every time you use them, without waiting ! Nothing’s worse for your fork’s seals than dry mud. It is very simple to clean your forks : wipe off the stanchion with a clean rag and then slightly lube the stanchion (with silicon based product). Using of degreaser is totally forbidden. On the same note, do not power wash the forks! It will only push the mud inside the forks and get it stuck between the stanchion and the seals. Una cosuca, el distri de Bos es Slopes?. Es que les he escrito y como si nada. Donde mas se podria pillar?.

En lugar de aportar más luz voy a sembrar dudas y oscuridad ! he probado las regulaciones racing recomendadas por BOS, peso en bolas: 70 kg 85 psi (mejor así) lo recomendado seria 80 psi, pero me gusta así, sag apenas 25mm de los 40mm recomendados HC: 10 clicks abierto desde totalmente cerrado, ya que abriendo los 18 recomendados en saltos medianos, me comia 130mm, por tanto se contradice mi teoria de que la compresión en alta al cerrar abrias, parece que va como todas al cerrar (sentido horario) más dura. ya que después el mismo salto se ha comprimido 100mm (30mm menos). LC: ídem que la recomendación BOS 10 clicks Rebote: he abierto a 16 clicks envez de los 14 recomendados, para equilibarlo con la trasera, esto ya es muy personal. Me gusta como va ahora antes llevaba 70 psi (era poco) y tiraba de TRC en casi todas las bajadas, ahora ya no lo necesito. Antes me quejaba de que se movia mucho pedaleando de pié, ahora cuando me toque subir una rampa por asfalto cerraré toda la compresión en baja LC y va dura sin casi nada de vaiven, luego deberé acordarme de abrir 10 clicks. Que diferencia el amortiguador fox tocas rebote y no pasa nada como en mi anterior lyrik en la Deville tocas dos cliks y se notan !

Por lo visto debe haber diferencia en las primeras deville,a las ultimas en el volumen de la camara,porque han aumentado las tablas de presiones por el mismo peso del ciclista.
Hola compañeros. Estoy buscando una Deville, alguien vende la suya? Daria preferencia a la de 170mm, pero no desprecio la de 160mm y si es sin TRC mejor. Saludos.
