No hay ninguna diferencia entre los cuadros, X12 Thru-Axle es el eje de 12, que lo llevan todas, lo que pasa es que en una lo ponen en la descripción y en las otras no. Y si las vainas inferiores son de aluminio.

Venden un cuadro edición especial TLD muy molón, pero si no me dejas probar tu 29er ni las valoro, que no tengo ninguna referencia de ese tipo de ruedas.
Yo creo que las 2 tienen la vaina inferior de aluminio y la diferencia es que la pro lleva eje pasante de 12 y las comp el eje es de 10. Si te fijas en la foto de la web de YT el eje trasero es distinto. La verdad es que no entiendo pq no llevan todas el eje de 12.
