Pues si ves la reparación que le hicieron a mis ruedas... si eso te parece una chapuza, si ves lo mio te da un infarto jajajaja Las ruedas son muy delicaditas esta claro, al golpe de una piedra pues pasa lo que pasa (que no digo que lo tuyo haya sido golpe). Lo que no estoy de acuerdo es que digas que son igual de rígidas que las enve, si estas ruedas son un palo.
Para Mi, esta gente de Alpcross no tenia muy buena prensa, se confirma, siempre que he buscado un componete top me he ido directamente a R2-Bike. Una vez tube un Problema con un Sillin Tune, y en 1 Semana tenia un sillin nuevo, por lo que digo, que el tramite con la Garantia con R2-Bike fue muy correcto y rapido. Suerte en tu reclamación, aunque te digo, que si tienes 7000€ para unas ruedas, vete hasta el Final con esta gente...

A mi me cuesta hasta creer, y tengo mis dudas, de que esa reparación la hayan hecho en Bikeahead ¿Estás seguro? No me extrañaría que Alpcross las haya reparado por su cuenta.
Yo pienso lo mismo, eso no la han hecho en Bike ahead, eso lo han hecho aqui. Si por poner un radio lightweight te cobra 300€ no creo que Bike ahead cobre 100€ por hacer eso Yo hablaría con Bike ahead directamente exponiendo el caso
Unas ruedas de ese precio para MTB y rompen en la primera salida? Por favor, aún hay gente que defiende al distribuidos y a la marca? La primera piedra que le pasa por encima y se rompe y es culpa del usuario? La reparación es una chapuza asquerosa, con eso queda todo muy claro. No quiero componentes de esa marca ni de ese distribuidor. Me parece que hay mucho tendero oculto en el foro y mucho ingeniero de piquillo.
Al final estás pagando exclusividad, ligereza y rigidez, pero al final no dejan de ser unas ruedas muy delicadas que no se llevan muy bien con las piedras.
Pues precisamente , si no se llevan muy bien con las piedras unas ruedas de 3.700€ específicas de montaña que lo digan en la web y no hubiese tirado ese dinero en esta basura de material
Que valgan 3.700 euros no quiere decir que sean indestructibles. Las mías tienen bastantes kilometros y siguen rodando, aunque con una reparación bastante fea también por su parte.
Mirando la foto del agujero, a mi me da que no es de una piedra, pero claro, demuestra lo contrario. Un amigo mío se compró unas Bike Ahead y nada más llegar las tuvieron que enviar a Alemania, no recuerdo ahora que problema tenía. Y Alpcross es de lo peor que hay!!! Saludos y disfrútalas.
Claro y un Ferrari cuesta 300000€ y si le das contra un bordillo se rompe igual que un dacia logan...
Se trata de unas ruedas especificas para MTB........en las pistas hay piedras, palos, etc. Si no son adecuadas para soportar ese uso, que lo informe el fabricante de manera clara. No son unas ruedas de carretera, son para la practica de ciclismo de montaña. Por favor, si haces comparaciones, que tengan un poco de sentido.
Para los amigos americanos que me han contactado aquí cuento mi experiencia traducida al inglés Good morning to all. I open this post to tell my experience with these "super wheels" or at least that´s what I thought they were. I start at the beginning because this is a long story. In December I decide to order no less than 2 set of these wheels, one for my Scalpel mountain bike, and another for my road bike. Yes, I spent just over € 7000. After more than two months of waiting the wheels finally arrive. I had no issues installing the road wheelset, but the mountain bike set had some issues. These wheels need a special adapter (which is not mentioned on their website) to mount with avid brakes (which are 90% of the brakes that come in the cannondale) if not, the brake cable as you will see in the photo, is 1mm from the spokes. Well after this pleasant surprise on the third day of use, yes, the third (2 road and 1 mountain) appears this hole that you can see in the photo too. After contacting Bikeahead directly and sending them everything they asked for (by mail), they tell me that the hole is because it got hit by a stone. They deducted this out of just two photos, but when I tell them how can they know it is from a hit without passing them through the x-ray machine, I receive no more response unless I send them the wheels. If you look closely at the photos, at the place where that hole is located, it is practically impossible to be caused by a stone. Even if this is the case, aren’t these wheels designed for mount6ain biking? Don´t they have stones in their mountains? Why do my ENVE "carbon" wheels, have more than 20,000 km of mountain bike riding and are like new? Well, I talk to my shopkeeper and we contact the distributor where we bought them (ALPCROSS) who are the distributors of this "piece" of wheels here in Spain. We sent them to them, they sent them to Germany, and there, as expected, they were told that it was caused by a stone and that the repair was € 100 + transportation. I decide to pay, wait 2 months to be repaired and when they arrive, we see the great repair they have done. A F*** PATCH (I ask for forgiveness for my manners but I find it difficult to write this being politically correct). As you can understand, I do not recommend anyone to buy this F***** WHEELS, and even less, through the distributor ALPCROSS. You have other options such as R2 that will surely serve you better than what they have done to me. P.S. After keeping some mails with Alpcross in which I warned them that I would expose my case in all the forums and social networks, they sent an email to my shopkeeper saying that they will sue me. ¡ This is just the beginning of how far I will go so that no one else falls where I have fallen. Summary: Do you recommend these wheels? NO Are they as rigid as they say? No more than my Enve M50 The only good thing I can say about them is that they are aesthetically spectacular and they are very light, but obviously they are not wheels for a normal use of mountain biking.
Es una putada que te compres unas ruedas de ese precio y se jodan al poco tiempo. Yo hace 1 año, cuando decidí aparcar mis clásicas, me compré un ninner y le monté unas bike ahead. En mi caso, a los 2 meses bajando por una trialera que habían desbrozado hacía poco, una rama no se como se metió dentro de la rueda y se jodió (igualito el golpe que la tuya) en mi caso escuché un crujido y frené de golpe. No sabes el sudor frío que me recorrió la frente cuando ví la desgracia que había hecho. Me puse en contacto con mi tienda habitual, ellos lo hicieron con Alpcross y la rueda fue para Alemania. Me la parchearon como a tí por 100€ y volví a tener mi rueda con garantías. Aunque no me acaba de gustar estéticamente la reparación hecha, esperaba que hubieran cambiado todo el brazo, pero imagino que no es posible hacerlo. Después de ver las fotos, creo que te las has cargado, como yo las mías, y lo que no se puede esperar es que porque compres 2 juegos te las cambien porque si.
Lo que no se puede esperar es que pagues un pastizal y se jodan a la primera de cambio. Tu respuesta parece que es a favor de la marca, la cual vende unas ruedas a un precio desorbitado para un uso que no soportan.......Tu has sido un damnificado y aún criticas al compañero por exigir que se la cambien? Y no exiges a la empresa fabricante que haga un producto a la altura del precio?.......
