Como este fin de semamana se presenta frio y con nieve a cotas bajas, podemos hacer algo cerca de la costa y con pedroleo, como las Vueltas del Gato en San Pedro de Paredes.
El Sabado haremos el desfiladero de las Foces del Rio Esva , Las Vueltas del Gato Y el Pico Espina. todo un recorrido turistico y entretenido, sera de dia completo con bocata y zumo de cebada. Habra dos bares en el recorrido, en Naraval y Calleras. Y al terminar tenemos Casa el Obispo, para reponer todo lo gastao. Salimos a las 8,15H de piedras en el Fa, donde se puede desayunar y comprar los pinchos para la ruta. Nos desplazaremos en coches hasta San Pedro de Paredes, donde comenzaremos la ruta.

Jefe, al final vas tener que perdete un dia por aquí con el guaje. Lo de la Medela ye guapo, duro (38 km) y con tres bajadas que dejan buen sabor. Hay que remontar tres veces a las antenas. Mira este video del compañero David: VIDEO Saludos
