Garmin Edge 1030?

    Mejor que lo hagas antes de cargar la actividad en GC. Si la cambias después en Stava, los acumulados por bicicleta no suelen actualizarse bien

    Sobre el tema de las altas recuperaciones que salen en comparación a otros garmin....
    Ayer lo revise todo a fondo desde el garmin Connect y mientras las zonas de potencia calculadas a partir del ftp coinciden con los porcentajes recomendados e visto que en el tema pulso (que es a partir del cual estima las recuperaciones) los porcentajes son distintos a los habitualmente recomendados, por ejemplo, normalmente de recomienda que la zona 2 vaya del 68 al 83% mientras que el garmin pone de 80-89% eso hace que la zona 2 acabe casi 10ppm por arriba y lo mismo ocurre para la zona 3...., ¿alguien lo ha observado? ¿Por qué en pulso tiene otra distribución de porcentajes?

    Se llama Physio TrueUP, es una opción que te sincroniza entre los Garmins (al menos los tiempos de recuperación, carga, VO2, y parámetros de entrenamiento), esta función no es compatible con todos los Garmins, los más nuevos pero juraría que el 5x si

    Si, se que se puede editar s tu gusto...pero es curioso que por defecto no lleve lo mas referenciado (como si hace con la potencia) y que en estos últimos modelos de edge salgan recuperaciones más altas que con los antiguos...

    Buenas tardes.
    A mí de repente ya no puedo emparejar mi Huawei Mate 20 con el 1030.
    He contactado con Garmin y me dicen que es culpa de Huawei,contacto con Huawei y lo contrario.
    Lo he reseteado,reinstalado el Connect,formateado el Garmin,etc...
    y nada
    Total ya no me funciona el Live,ni se sincroniza ni nada.
    Alguna solución?

    Peor el Live Track (salgo mucho solo al monte,y una caida o cualquier cosa estaba localizado) sobre todo es lo que más me fastidia

    Muchas gracias a todos
    Voy a probar a poner la de montaña como predeterminada para "otros", así al menos si no me acuerdo de modificar la actividad no le sumará los km a la otra bici.
    Me viene bien diferenciar bicis y km porque luego tengo una aplicación sincronizada y me avisa de mantenimientos de distintas piezas de cada bici.

    Cuando hago un entreno por pulso planificado, me marca en el gráfico de pulso con una línea blanca el objetivo del entreno.
    El caso es que a un colega no se lo marca, como se activa?

    Pues ya que has puesto distancia a punto de trayecto, yo le incluirá también el desnivel hasta punto de trayecto que también es muy útil....

    para el tema de FTP , zona de pulso , tengo que meter algun dato mio? para que me marque bien , osi como esta vale?
    en las graficas de pulso que esta de110 a 185 y potencia de 0 a 330 hay que modificar lago?
    y como se hace?
